Quest7777:Not merely hatred for the man but also hatred for Nigeria as this man's detention is clearly unconstitutional and the government knows this but refuses to abide because the people of Nigeria are themselves majorly lawless zombies. 3 Likes 1 Share |

OGHENAOGIE:Terms? Do you ever pay attention to your constitution at all? The Constitution prohibits detention of this kind. This man has not been charged with any crime to date so why do you accept your Nigerian government flaunting your very constitution in even this case? Section 35 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of NigeriaIt seems Nigerians don't even realize that they are part of the problem that is Nigeria today. Calling for unconstitutional action against a citizen while demanding your law be respected by the many politicians you set over yourselves... isn't this what is clearly a contradiction? 3 Likes 1 Share |

Re: Nnamdi Kanu Agrees To Comply With Tinubu Government's Terms Of Release by Kobojunkie: 8:31pm On Jul 03 |
sparko1:You lie! Those countries you mentioned would have been under fire from their people if they attempted to illegally detain a citizen for crimes they are clearly unable to charge them with. Open your Constitution and realize that if you as an individual disregard your constitution, you inadvertently demise your democracy. I live abroad and we don't tolerate that kind of nonsense from our government no matter the reason. If there is no charge within 48 hours, the person has to be released until enough evidence if gathered to the contrary. 2 Likes 1 Share |
