Returning an item to China is not an option unless item is over 100 dollars. You will have to take the first option of partial refund since it would cost far more than eleven dollars to return the item.

In this case, the seller bears the shipping cost, not me.

2. You're trying to apply a coupon not allowed by Aliexpress.

Solution:
1. Use vpn
2. Place the order without coupon.

Are you sure the problem is not from your end? If card creation is not available, Bitnob would have notified their subscribers.

u can only use the coins to get certain discount on your items

But the discount doesn't even appear on checkout sef angry.

Just went back to one of the orders that failed and tried to pay for just that item and it went thru, a pouch but when I try to do the 3 from 2.99 dollars, it fails. The choice orders I also tried to do some days ago did not also work until I had to pay individually for each item. Don't know why. Almost seems like it only works when I pay for just an item at a time, or they don't want me to benefit from any of their promos?

Please guys advise me on what to do, I ordered Bluetooth Chip for my laptop But when the Item was delivered to me..the product did not fit into my laptop slots..
Meaning the Item for different system.
I'm I going to first confirmed delivery before I Make my complains or what is Best way to Go about it?
