TheSuperNerd:

TheGoodJoe on Osimhen and his movement dynamics in February 2022...

"You can see Morata dropped deep and ran towards the ball. After passing it, he turned and saw a gap in the defence and attacked the gap. Which made it easier for the player to find him in space to capitalize on it."

January 2023... Osimhen replicating this exact movement play right off TheGoodJoe's post.

The Kind of Progressive and Solution-filled analyses I love to see proved right.

Naaah.... Accolades have always been in order, My Good Man. Excellente!!!!

cc: Goke7 note TheSuperNerd is talking of my statement in Feb. 2022.

Anyone interested in my take on Osimhen there can read it here. It is an interesting read. Also illustrated. The point is on Osimhen dropping deep to help his team play in a fluid manner.

Understand Arsenal have now improved their offer to Chido Obi Martin to keep him at the club.

Arteta, also pushing for him to stay.

No agreement yet, as pathway is key for Chido β€” player still exploring bids from FC Bayern, Borussia Dortmund and more before deciding.

You are just over the place. For a long time, you said you hate Tiki Taka and like possession football. I have asked you for an explanation and you have not been able to say anything.

I gave you my theory. All are possession football but Tiki Taka is built for more dominant possessive play.

JohnBullMySon came up with his own theory. All teams with the modern approach want to dominate and keep the ball. The possession rate is determined by:

How good the team is - That is why Manchester City dominates most team.

How good the opposition is - Thisncan disrupt even a good team.

How the opposition sets up - This was clearly shown from the The Atletico Madrid vs Liverpool game, where Liverpool were limited from their direct game and ended up passing the ball up and down Tiki Taka way.

Gaps - if the opposition has so much gaps, will make a possessive team attack in a more direct fashion and thus reduce their possessice dominance.

He says the tags, Heavy metal, tiki Taka, Taka, are more cosmetic but governed by the factors above.

These points were sound. If you disagree, debate the points.
If you don't understand how I can like possession football and hate Tiki Taka that's your problem of comprehension which stems from the fact that for you possession football = tikitaka and Tiki taka is synonymous to possession football.

And I disagree vehemently with your position. Don't you know what variants and species mean? Na wa!

The point is simple. I like Sesko's play because he plays like a 10 many times when he drops deep. You can't say the same of Osimhen and adding this to Osimhen's arsenal will make a brilliant player even better.

Finito.
of course I didnt expect you to see my point. Typical you. Goodjoe your points are no longing pointing. You must not be always right. Like I said your analysis is becoming paralytic. Always try to see the third option.

The point is simple. Osimhen is a brilliant and phenomenal player and has room to improve. Despite how good he is, he can still get better. One way is by improving in helping in build up play.

There is nothing like being right. Even when Messi was one of the best players in the World, he still improved working with Guardiola. I wonder what is pinching.

Finito.

Does Klopp play tiki taka?
Is samba tiki taka?

I like Nunez, I like him gan, but the guy is strange... He will lose clear cut chances, but will score the harder one.

I think they don't make the stone cold killer strikers no more. Now we have good all round attacking players that can do all things but score.

Jesus, Havertz, Jackson, Hujlund, muani, G ramos, etc.
Beta strikers. The alphas are gone

I don't want to go round and round with you. Your answer to those questions will determine my response.

So once again is samba tiki taka? Does Klopp, Ancellotti, Wenger and every other coach who play and played possession style football, play tiki taka?

Explain what you are saying. My answer has nothing to do with what you are trying to explain. Or does my thought pattern determine how you think?

Explain what you mean by you don't like Tiki Taka but like possession football. Especially claiming you disagree with earlier propositions.
