Stick to your application information.

With the rate of suspicion of Nigerians filling for asylum, if you change your narrative you may be charged with misrepresentation which can lead to deportation and ban.

Goodday house ,

Please How is the best way to apply for ones kids (who are minors) for a visiting visa and what are the chances of success. I will appreciate if I can get details of essential documents that may be required for them. Please note that their Mum already got her Visa and is supposed to travel with them. Also reason for travel is to visit their siblings schooling there. please what are the chances and documentation.

Looking forward to your informed response.

Thanks

Use her portal to submit their application. There is high tendencies for approval, since they will be using u as hometie.
Documents:
1) financial documents
2) birth certificates
3) sponsorship letter and a letter of consent
4) if they r of school ages, letter of introduction from school
5) school fees receipt, result/report card

Good evening sir, please can you advise me on how to go about applying for a Canada visit visa. I'm a single employed mother working with a tight budget, can I apply using my company's account for POF?

Hello,

1. Make sure your application covers all the eligiblity requirements for a visitors visa. Job/Business, Homeowner/Tenant, Properties,Family & Financial Investment (if any).

2. Since you are working with a tight budget, you can reduce your length of stay but the business account should be funded & active.

3. Some applicant get approved without cover letter/letter of explanation but, i will advice you include a one/two pages letter if you are a first time applicant. This would be an opportunity to introduce yourself ( Who you are, what you do, why you are going to Canada & specific places you intend to visit). Youtube has videos on almost all provinces in Canada and nice places to go which you can tap some points from to your advantage. The letter can be sectionalised into subheadings addressing how you meet each of the eligiblity requirements.

4. Most refusals relates to Purpose of visit, Finance, & Home Ties. Let your application address those areas to convince the VO you are a genuine visitor.

5. Yes, you can submit your business account but make sure you declare the fraction of that account balance you are setting aside for your trip. The ratio of budget Vs account balance should make sense.

6. Finally, in summary explanation of "3" above, Purpose of Trip - This assesses if the applicant is a genuine visitor i.e You are able to declare the specific places you intend to visit. You are also able to identify clearly where you would stay. For instance, the hotel you declare is in good proximity to the places you intend to visit. Finally, those places makes sense in comparing to declared number of days you intend to stay in Canada. It would show you have done your research.
Home Ties - This aspect weighs your connection to both country of origin and country of destination. i.e the more ties you have to Canada, the more convincing your ties back to NIgeria need to be. When you have lesser or no ties to Canada and a more stronger ties to Nigeria, it puts you in a better advantage but you still need to demonstrate that in your application.
Finance - The more transparent your bank statement, the more peace of mind you have. if you are ready financially, get a stamped bank statement from the bank, have them stamp all the pages and a reference letter. Some bank statement gets soo blurred at the point of submitting the application that may be hard for the VO to read, in this case, you can add a copy of "mybankstatement" and state this in your letter of explanation, The VO would know you are demonstrating transparency. Although, VOs do circularise the internal fruad/control department of the headoffice of these banks for confirmation.

7. Try to avoid typos or errors when answering the questionnaire in your application. Canada immigration are strict on errors, it can be taken as misrepresentation.

All the best!

I was invited to for both tourist and an anniversary which the date has passed. I used an agent. I’m a salary earner and have landed property. Balance was around 25m. I’m single pringles. I didn’t really submit much just SOP, account statement with bank ref letter, landed property, payslip though I don’t earn much, flight and hotel reservation.
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Clapaudan: 10:52am On Jul 04
To anyone laying emphasis that Canada is no longer issuing visa to anyone who do not have USA, Australia or UK visa at the moment. All an applicant need is to first seek for proper knowledge on the right documents to submit and do away from any form of fake and misrepresentation documents, declare any USA refusal "if any" then always pray for God's mercy to prevail. That's all!

Let not deceive ourself the refusal rate is extremely high now compare to last year due to the high rate of people using visit visa to claim asylum but anybody can try his luck but avoid paying anybody as visa is not guranteed!

Okay. To add to it. I’ve no travel history. Actually that is one of the reason I was denied 2017 with purpose of visit and I didn’t request for GCMS note up till today. Truth is in my first application 2017 I didn’t submit statement of purpose; didn’t know it was compulsory then, so the questionnaire then at VfS office didn’t give me enough space to defend my application.

SOP; like explaining your details and the reason they should grant you a visa. Outlining different details, your finance, places you plan on visiting, your travel history or if you have none why they should trust that you won’t abuse it, any previous rejections. Like convincing them

You have proven it all that you are not a fake, nor agent who is trying to freak neither misrepresenting and finally you have nailed it that Canada embassy still giving out visa even to those without any travel history never bn out of Nigeria not to talk of USA, Australia, UK, Europe etc...
You are a very good example of no travel history.
God will honor you.
And I use this as the point of connection for those still waiting for decision it shall be a positive outcome. IJN. Amen

It seems you are quite passionate about your pursuit of a Canadian visitor visa, and you have put a lot of faith in spiritual prayers to get visa . I hope you are not considering 'japa'on a tourist visa. Emigrating to Canada on a tourist visa can be highly stressful and fraught with uncertainties. It's important to plan carefully
