I will confess that I don't know the original story or anything about the man or woman in this case, but the Juju thing is not a good enough excuse for the assault at all. There is no reason why a person should assault another person by law.

Muslim men are not just permitted to beat their wives, in fact, he is not a good Muslim if his wife misbehaves and he does not instill discipline in her. It is good practice in Islam, and unfortunately many women who married Muslim men are gleefully oblivious of this Islamic principle.

Couples have remained even after worse drama and fallout. However, what they do with the versions of themselves that was unraveled in the past few weeks might be unknown to us. I don't trust him though. He might still bite.

The case was struck out. Nothing, as I predicted, happened. If Bebex who had done worse and which was unprovoked in the full public glare, nothing would have happened to Jarus who was provoked.

This right here is where he messed up. I've followed several threads of his, dude is a great guy. But to condescend to the level of beating his wife is outrightly idiotic. His first mistake.

Then, he rushed to Twitter (where most of his asslickers reside) to post about it. He even emphasized on "wielding the big stick".. His second mistake.

After receiving several backlash, he probably pleaded with the woman in question and they settled it amicably. Then, the childish JARUS struck again! This time around, he made a video with his wife claiming that his enemies wanted to ruin his marriage. Even mentioning some names and calling them "Olote". His third mistake.

Again, his case was mentioned on Naija Info. He dialled in and started his childish "shalaye". No apology, no remorse, rather he was just grandstanding. Rather than seize the opportunity to apologize and show his remorse, all he did was rant endlessly. His fourth mistake.

If something happens the first time, it's called HAPPENSTANCE. The second time, it's called a COINCIDENCE. The third time, it's the DEVIL's HANDIWORK. What then do we call the fourth time?


Even MC Oluomo who is a known Agbero has never posted for once about beating any of his wives. Talk less of an educated and supposedly refined man like JARUS. Truth is that some of these people that are supposedly famous are ridiculously stupid in real life.

An example should be made out of him so that this issue of Domestic Violence can become a thing of the past in our society. It's barbaric and idiotic and should never be condoned.

Someone pointed out that this problem all started with the guy himself. He went on social media to announce he had assaulted his wife and even went as far as live Radio to talk about it too. It is from his many communications that the authorities took up the case, without any actual input from the battered woman. So, she seems fine in her battered marriage; the one who had the problem with all of it and revealed it was her husband.
