you go explain tire, I have no time to school you since you've decided to deliberately discard your common sense, tge lawmakers functioned fully before fubara went to get an illegal state high court order, they even passed 3 bills by vetoing the government and the governor indeed went to the court to challenge those bills, if there weren't recognised by law, why did he go to court to challenge bills passed by the lawmakers? The illegal high court order has been vacated and the lawmakers are back to sitting and passing laws, here in Rivers state, we partied all through yesterday, the lawmakers will sit today or on Monday and you will see it in the media, even the confused governor knows the implication of yesterday's judgement and he has approached the supreme Court.

But why is he wasting time approaching the Supreme Court? How is he able to run a state without a legal budget? We need to a law to mandates governors to send him their budget every year before any FAAC is credited to them, and the same budget must show theyve invested a significant chunk in health, education & infrastructure.

you know nothing, he has no budget and there is a subsisting Judgement from the federal high court to that effect and they don't need the governors recognition law is law, its just like saying Tinubu shouldn't recognise state governors because he doesn't like their faces.
