why are the requesting fee for France TLS appointment of 28€ as I saw on there web. Visa €90 appointment fee€28 why Germany is free to book. Pay on the day of appointment.

You can pay with POS.

I went with cash but paid with POS. They even prefer POS. Just pray your bank doesn't mess up.

Went for interview/submission on the 12th of July
DHL picked up on the 23rd of July
Visa approved.

You should check at 11pm to midnight. That’s when they release new dates I think.

Your university is in the best position to answer your question. Send them a mail as regards this. Also there’s a thread for study visa, this thread is for tourist visa.
