Breaking News: Mr. Sonnie Ekwowusi, the lawyer behind the fake news that the Samoa Agreement signed between Nigeria, as a member of the ACP group of countries, and the EU, is actually an LGBTQ agreement, is a prominent Obidient, who has been campaigning for Peter Obi via various platforms.

He is connected to the ThisDay/Arise News Network. To hide the source of the fake news, they fed it through Daily Trust.

Mr. Sonnie Ekwowusi is an off-and-on Arise TV analyst and a regular opinion writer for ThisDay, where he is known for his pro-Peter Obi campaigns. This is a photo of him analysing issues on Arise TV. He is the source of the fake news.

Please fact-check me: There is no provision for any LGBTQ rights in the Samoa Agreement, and Sonnie Ekwowusi knew it. The purpose of the Fake News, coming at a time when Kenya has been having nationwide protests, was probably to incite Northern Nigeria against the Tinubu Government and initiate a similar action in Nigeria with a view to regime change.

I urge all objective Nigerians to please Google 'Sonnie Ekwowusi Peter Obi' and see what comes up.

The South Africa election they want to be comparing with Nigeria election, are there oppositions playing this kind of bitter politics like the way some Obidients have been behaving since the election lose.

They have years to put their acts together, go back to drawing board, extend the hands of friendship, build bridges, align and realign. But NO, na the opposite Dem dey like to dey do.

If the source of the information was wrong, make an announcement and correct the impression, and demand an apology or ask people to change the channel, as is done in modern democracies around the world, don’t resort to draconian measures like shutting down the media to cover up your incompetence

Unpopular opinion.

So what if LGBTQ rights are protected?

That they chose to be LGBTQ does not stop them from being human beings enjoying the benefits other people ought to enjoy because they are human beings.

Matters of sexuality ought to be private, but the noise about who is gay or straight is deafening. Why can't those doing LGBTQ do it in their privacy and those doing non-LGBTQ do it in their privacy?

In my view, we have bigger issues to deal with than LGBTQ.

Like I mentioned elsewhere, how come those accusing FG of LGBTQ have not been specific about exactly how FG is promoting LGBTQ? They just made blanket allegations and learned people run with it.

I am not pro-LGBTQ nor am I one. But their private rights as individuals must be respected. This means that fishing them put and killing them must stop. LQBTQ must also stop deceiving people; they must not marry non-LGBTQ by telling them lies while doing their LGBTQ things. They must also not force others to join their LGBTQ crew.

Find what works for you and stick with it.

Irrespective of your tribe, religion, sexuality or how you are, I don't care! My standard for judging a human being revolves around: equity, justice, fairness, kindness and respect to all human beings!

I worked with a lesbian, an atheist and an Olumba Olumba. They were the best human beings in terms of kindness, equity and fairness. That is what matters. Not what you do with your private parts.
