Please in anything you do, don't lie cause it has a way of coming back especially if you want to do this process legally. This people have a way of finding out cause Nigeria is on high scrutiny, do the right thing and own up cause this is a second chance for you to right the wrong. Traditional marriage is legal binding and you'll still need a customary divorce decree(which will be verified) and that will be further lying. If you're going to get married in the state like your man said, you'll have to go back to Nigeria to do the visa process cause the visa type you have is not meant for you to marry and adjust status cause they will say you're trying to beat the legal process which will be forgiven but since you have a complicated issue, I think you should do the right thing so they will know you're sincere and not trying to jump the process even when you have the opportunity to do so. I hope you make the right decision.

MelaninGemstone:
Thank you ma’am
Someone said I should say I did traditional marriage only not court marriage

And I should say my bride price have been returned back to the man

Since I didn’t do court marriage, a legal divorce is not needed

They told me to explain all this in a cover letter and also attach a certificate of spinsterhood to back up the claim that I am now single

If USCIS tries to verify if I’m legally married, no record will be found because I am not legally married

Greetings to you all. Enjoy your blissful day. Please I would like to know more about incorporating a non profit organization in US and the chances it will offer me to get Visa. I have researched on this but still open to hear peoples’ thoughts on this.

Thanks

Why do you want to incorporate a nonprofit for the sole aim of obtaining a visa? What happened to opening one in Nigeria?

We also had in mind of opening one in Nigeria but our main branch will be in US. Our Non profit is a multidimensional organization that deals on Spirituality, Academics, Research and Human empowerment.

Owing to its nature and the kind of services we will be rendering, subsequent collaborations with other organizations; it was expedient that it should be registered first at the location aforementioned.

Thanks.

Not necessarily true, some banks will deny you a checking account if you are flagged in the Chex system.

I know this because every year I open and close lots of bank accounts to get the new account bonus and I’ve seen people who get denied and they have to order their Chex report to see why.

Also I may be wrong but I think the reason he is flagged must be due to fraud, probably got involved in accepting money from the wrong person.

Dijita:

Do you really believe the guy?
If any system flagged you all they will do is not grant him overdraft facility. They will not stop him from opening a deposit account.

I was asking about Data Analyst courses & certifications not cybersecurity.

No probs. I've found a few that concentrate on SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI and Python.

chidiakwari:
Data Engineer and Business Analyst are a good filed you might be at a better chance of landing a role.

There are several cyber security training and certification you can take. CompTia Sec, Network, CISA

If you live in USA and Canada, join a fast rising and innovative Ride share initiative that is revolutionizing these places.

Ride cabs cheaper, invite other Riders and Drivers and get your commissions.

Fun way to make money and also pay less on cabs. MANY DRIVERS and RIDERS needed and you can be both.

Take action today.

I have sent you an email.

It is the medical interview that is giving me great concern. My husband and I were born in Nigeria and we have no vaccination evidence. Would the interview letter say specifically which vaccinations we need to take? What about the ones from childhood? Would we need to take these again?

Also does anyone remember how they got evidence to show for the vaccinations given in Nigeria? Any information about this would be helpful to me guys and thank you.

Please send the link to the nvc stage on here in case anyone else needs it. Ese pupo

Hi,

I’m working on my dissertation and need your help! I have a short, fun questionnaire about ‘Enhancing Product Customization in Automotive Manufacturing Projects in the United States of America: A Consumer Driven Approach’. Your honest responses will make a big difference, and it won't take much of your time.

Thank you so much for your support!

I am not sure about visa for opening a non-profit. Read more about the O-1 Visa. I believe that is for entrepreneurs.

This is my flight itinerary with United Airlines.

I will be switching airports from IAD (Dulles International Airport) to DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport).

I have two questions:

1. Considering that this flight itinerary involves one airport switch (IAD to DCA), will my checked bags be automatically checked through to the final destination of SBN (South Bend International Airport) or will I have to retrieve my checked bags at the port of entry, IAD, and check them again at the next airport, DCA?

2. What are the most seamless transportation options/routes from IAD to DCA?

From your itinerary
You will check out your luggage at Dulles and find your way to DCA.
Unless you have very light luggage I'd say take a cab or Uber. You do have a lot of time before your next flight so if you want to explore the city that up to you.
You can also go to the United Airlines desk as you exit immigration at Dulles. They are typically available after you pick you luggage just before the customs area. There's usually a United personnel who could advise you on what to do.
