If only Lagos can utilize all the resources at its disposal, it will be competing with New York and Dubai. But it is a glorified slum.

If Lagos is a glorified slum, what will that make Anambra and Abia state?

Great. This will decongest the traffic at Mobolaji Bank Anthony (Just a bit during peak hours) and Maryland junction.

The only place that has a government in Nigeria. The only place that has law and order in Nigeria. The only place where you will see development every 6 months in Nigeria.

It's best a city is planned from the beginning and the master plan adhered to. It will save cost in the long run.

Lagos was a former capital territory.

How does this answer the question you were asked.

And what has been a former capital got to do with the visionary leaders they have been blessed with. Celebrate good things so that good things will come to you.

Your problems n this country is that you don't travel. A typical Yoruba man living in Iyanapaja can leave all his life not knowing Surulere talk more of traveling out of the State. Travel and see for yourself local man. At least in all these states you're mentioning, you can sleep with your doors and windows wide open. But in your glorified Lagos, mosquitoes, rats, cockroaches are your closest neighbors angry

That is the real problem of Nigeria , over rating ourselves !

Look at Nigeria budget o , upon all the borrowing to patch budget , upon our population and everything, it’s not even up to that of few African countries that are not as populated as us . This is the same budget your politicians steals from o.

Can you now see how poor your country is ? Poor country forming something I don’t know !

Rubbish ! The whole yearly budget is not even up to the $ 55billion US gives to Ukraine to fight war every 6 months 😆

Your 27 trillion naira in the mud , you just hear trillion and start shouting and boosting . How much is your trillion budget in dollars ? Don’t tell me it’s because naira is weak o , convert your previous government/years budget to dollar and you will still get the same result !

Lagos was the former capital of Nigeria for more than 30 years, all oil Nigeria money was invested invested in Lagos to make a befitting capital. Calabar was just a capital for few years before almagamation of Nigeria. That is what gave Lagos a lead as most developed state, the same way Abuja is been built with Nigeria wealth.

Kaduna and Calabar also used to be capital territory, why are these places not compete with Lagos state ....even one Stste in the East has also become a capital territory during the colonial Era. but not of them can compete with Lagos because....it is not by capital territory but by the quality of people domicile in that places ....ask yourself , if they move Federal territory out of Abuja to another place ...do you think abuja will be like Lagos state? Abuja will become another desert and territory of banditry that the northern territory is known for ...

The secret is that Yoruba people are unique among all the other ethnic group ...

No green areas by the roads..
Everywhere is too jam-packed and there's no beauty as being noised
