Bello loses attempt to transfer 80.2 billion naira court case to Kogi Chief Justice John Tsoho of the Federal High Court has dismissed an application by former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, seeking transfer of his N80.2 billion fraud case from Abuja to a Kogi State court. Justice Tsoho upheld the argument of the Counsel to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Dr Kemi Pinheiro (SAN), that Mr Bello’s application was rejected on three grounds.
