Watchtower is seeing what is in front of them and they are panicking. They are lacking younger people to run their Cult for them and within some years, the older Elders and others with positions will die leaving them with very few men to run the Cult for them. Different disfellowshipped JWs from different countries are reporting that their Elders are reaching out to them, convincing them to come back and that they will no longer have to wait to be reinstated.
