Its so convinient for him to commission boreholes for the optics. He is just carrying out subtle campaigns for 2027. Whereas his tenure as gov saw anambra water corp go literally comatose for years, while he refused to pay staff salaries. This happened for years. The anambra state catholic community just packaged this man and thrust him up to a messianic status.

Now he is the only man with a solution to all that we are currently suffering from. Someone who truly believes building infrastructure doesnt help the economy develop.
