Russia has taken 20% of Ukraine territory which is more than the size of Belgium and Netherlands combined despite all the support from over 30 NATO countries
Ukraine doesn't have the required manpower to conduct a counter offensive to regain lost territory even if nato gives them all the weapons they are asking for
