However, 2months to the expiration of his tenure (Jan. 2014), typical of most Nigerian Governors, he quickly organized a shady election to install his stooges across LG for the next Governor (Willie Obaino). That election set the tone for the issue Peter Obi had with Willie Obaino, because he did it on purpose to cage Willie Obaino, something he didn’t tolerate while he was the Governor.
