If u watched the interview, Odinkalu had absolutely no input other than insulting supreme court and judiciary. The interviewer kept drawing him back on how to make LGA work for citizens. Instead Odinkalu kept going back to 2003 judgment how supreme court is irresponsible, judiciary is this and that. Totally out of point. He seemed really dull for someone who calls himself a professor.
