Because the justice system in Nigeria is flawed. You could be innocent and spend your life in prison. In a system where everything is flawed, both the innocent and guilty runs. Because trying to prove your innocence could take years and the years won't be spent in your parlor.

No. Police can subdue the most armed kidnappers.
There must be a reason for why Police can track kidnappers from their phone call but can't arrest the kidnappers as they arrested this man.
