TLS Center Port Harcourt Shows ‘no Slots Available.’ Help!! by Macheteros1: 3:00pm On Mar 05

I have paid for my visa fees and the next stage is to choose a visa center in which I choose TLS Center Port Harcourt (big mistake in retrospect). Since on Saturday, the site has been showing ‘no slots available’ and today it showed that the site was out of order. Please who has used the TLS Center in PH and how did they get an appointment there? Despite being a premium service costing 246K, the site isn’t working well which is sad to behold. I can’t change to another center for that would mean I need to reapply all over again and I can’t do that. I need help please.

I was able to book after emailing TLS. Now I am faced with another challenge. These people put a premium center in Port Harcourt but no approved TB test center in PH. I have to go do TB and police report in Abuja omo! 😭😭

I was able to book after emailing TLS. Now I am faced with another challenge. These people put a premium center in Port Harcourt but no approved TB test center in PH. I have to go do TB and police report in Abuja omo! 😭😭

there is a tb center in Benin. Police report can be done in any state.

Yes. They work thrice a week I think from 8am-2pm.

Please reply.... More documentation how? Is there anywhere on the TSL for documentation other than booking appointment?

Just continue to check their site, especially at night. Note that TLS contact PH only opens on Wednesdays and Thursdays and there is no provision for assisted service

Just continue to check their site, especially at night. Note that TLS contact PH only opens on Wednesdays and Thursdays and there is no provision for assisted service

Thanks a lot. So I should be patient and keep checking right? I submitted mine about 3 days ago, so that means I'll have to wait for about 14 to 15 days and hopefully I'll get a slot. The site is scary, how can one be seeing "no service" and "NO AVAILABLE SLOT", and they don't have an email or phone number so one can contact them. It's frustrating. So I should keep checking right?

Going to the centre might not help at all because they might not allow you in. For PH Centre, there is no provision for assisted service. I think once you are able to book an appointment, the icon for upload documents will pop up. All the documents must be in A4 and in pdf format. Note: You cannot change the location for your biometrics unless you want to cancel your application, ask for refund and start all over again. This might take a month or 2 to achieve.
At your appointment day, you need only the email confirmation of your appointment booking(printed), your passport and first page of your visa application form. You can also make a photocopy of your passport too but its not compulsory
