Sapele, Ughelli, Agbarho, Abraka, Eku, Udu, Agbassa, Agbon, Jeddo, Adeje, Ughoton, all these are more than half the population of present Delta state. How Itsekiri wan rule their daddy. And leadership should be rotated among the Urhobos, Isokos, Itsekiris, and Ijaws starting with the Isokos who haven't ruled at anytime as the Urhobos and Itsekiris have had turns. With the new Delta, I expect even developments and cooperation.

Leadership is not rotated based on tribe but population and competence. In the case of delta state it is rotated based on senatorial district. This would mean that there would be creation of more local governments in parts of delta state and urhobos would have more local government areas which would double the current figure of 8 to nothing less than 13 and same thing would be done in delta south. The newly formed local government areas can now be merged to form a new senatorial district.
If you add 5 more urhobo dominated local government areas to a new senatorial district, then I'm sure you would realise that urhobos would be the clear majority by 2 senatorial districyt and this would mean that urhobos would take a shot at the governorship slot twice before any tribe.

So its best the status quo remains the way it is

Emotions does not create states rather strategic thinking and planning and putting it into action does.
You can make all the noise on social media without due consultations,dialogue and compromises where its necessary with stakeholders you are wasting your time.SE senators and house of reps member are pushing for Etiti state while you are pushing for Anioma state online just like Biafra without taking necessary actions through due process.
Hon Amobi Ogah and others are not taking things for granted and they are all rooting for Ekiti so it necessary for the two groups to meet and agree with one state.I personally prefer Anioma state but they have some home work to do.
