The ministry of Agriculture encompasses both crop farming and animal husbandry...but decided to create a dedicated ministry for political expediency to pander to sectional interest group while showing disinterest to the other groups whose farms lands has been destroyed, and their ancestral invaded and taken over by the group associated with the New ministry.

Don't worry, we soon have ministry of spare part dealers and or ministry of fish farming development.



With respect to local government autonomy...which I see will ensure development in our various almost abandoned villages, there are sections of the constitution as stated in the article, which appears to have been violated without recourse to the national assembly by the supreme court...a wholistic explanation is needed from our constitutional lawyers and if possible a brief at the supreme court should be instituted for determination.
