we all know the season performances generally poor compared yo a decade ago. it's not as competitive as b4.

The best players in the Premiership are just average compared to some years back.

What's the meaning of coefficient before u all start yarning thrash about the list because if its by playing then roma, villareal and Chelsea shouldn't be in the top 10. Maybe coefficient means something outside the game play entirely.

Exactly....actually, most African fans (or Nigerian fans) of Premier league teams, always like to argue just for arguing sake just out of pure biased for their respective clubs ...too dub to comprhend anything or even if they know, they just argue like fools to spite the next person.

Uefa coefficient centers mostly on the team performances in uefa tournaments (UCLA,Europa, etc) for the period considered. For example, many years ago, Arsenal or were consistently in pot 1 of champions League draws despite never winning the champions League. But their consistency and performance kept giving them accumulated points because they were playing champions League for over 15 years. Now when they started missing out on not qualifying for over six years, their ranked dropped. So if for example during that six years absence Newcastle Utd are now playing for straight six years (reaching semis, quarters finals, etc) in the UCL and Arsenal are not, it's not rocket science to know that Arsenal's points will drop and Newcastle's will raise..."whew"

Simple as that. I don't know why some people just don't understand stuff or are been purposely foolish. Let Chelsea not qualify for the next five champions League and then Arsenal and Man Utd keep qualifying and reaching the latter stages....in four years time when the ranking is done Chelsea will be no where to be found just like you clearly stated.
