Ipad Help by Kobrakai: 4:53pm On Jul 16
Pls guys what do u advice I do? I sold my ipad mini 3 to someone the screen was damaged when I sold it but I'm unable to provide the buyer with the Apple ID credentials to remove the activation lock.

Unfortunately, I haven't used the iPad in over a year and i have forgotten my Apple ID password. I'm unable to reset the password cus apple is saying what I dint even understand.

Now the guy that bought it said he fixed the screen 50k. now plus the 12k I initially sold it to him total is 62k.he wants to sell it back to me for 62k.

is there anything I can do regarding the cost or how to minimize the cost. Now I'm in sadness imagine ipad I sold for 12k I have to buy it back for 60k...
