goslowgoslow:it is being shared as purely crude oil earning because any attempt to touch the oil derivative to those states is a confirmation crude money has been exhausted by repayment. |

Abaman001:you're right I was going off a report of states who relied on a certain percentage of FAAC and not the full payment.....still there are three SW states on that list including Ogun....so don't talk Trash on the state when yours can't match up...... |
