Visa Alert

Application date: 18th June
Biometrics : 25th June
Received by DMC: 28th June
TLS Collection: 16th July
Pick up: 16th July ,
6 months travel history and a previous denial.
2 years visa.

Had a previous renewal refusal 2022 didn’t bother reapplying.
Reason for denial the tax clearance for company was not included the agent said no need.

Thanks to everyone, read and read page by page and just decided to try since circumstances had changed and l didn’t bother using an agent this time around.

Hello house, my wife is meant to graduate in May but failed one coursework and have been allowed a resit without attendance. She has been asked to submit the coursework on July 29. Our visa will expire on Sept 9. Are we still eligible for PSW if she pass the coursework successfully? Please I need your advice. Thank you

Good morning. Provide the documents as requested or wait for the obvious outcome.

To the best of my knowledge, your step daughter cannot enter the UK as your dependant unless you have legally adopted her. If you did not adopt her legally, the visa will be denied.
Goodmorning @cashmadam

Did my Biometrics 29th of February,2024
Received Empty Nsf 4th march
Escalated and got a mail 25th of march
Paid calls and received interview email for me and my partner(MA already in uk)
Had interviews on the 9th of April
Logde a complaints and reescalated all through may.
With emails here and there.
Received an empty NSF email 12th june
And then got another email yesterday morning requesting for additional document which is to provide another statement of account dating from the start of my Pof till Date.

Please what can i do ooo.
Heard about investment certificate but there is nothing much of it online.

Dependent Visa.

I wonder why it took them so long to respond...

You need to provide the document as requested.

If you no longer have the money in the account, don't bother responding. You already know the outcome.

At this point, there is really nothing else you can do.
