Umahi, as I have been saying, is a mole and remains a mole. He, therefore, cannot be the mouthpiece of the southeast people. Let him keeping enjoying the resources he gets from remortgaging his conscience, let the people decide what they want to do.

Umahi should shut up and face the worst government ever which he is part of.
We already decided not to protest not because we can't but becauae we already protested during election but some tribalists thought we were joking. Now is their turn to protest or we all will continue to enjoy the Balablu. In a sane clime people like Umahi ought to have resigned from this incompetent Bulaba to save his future carrier.

Go nd protest.. nobody is holding u back.

Shut up. Waaaa.

If Igbos don't learn from the past experience (1966 till date) they'll never learn anything.

A Niger deltan by name Kaduna Nzeogwu from Okpanam in Delta state led the 1966 coup but it was tag Igbo coup.
The recent one, Endsars protest was tag Igbo protest.
Pls Igbos don't protest against Tinubu if not some mischief makers will tag it Igbo protest to topple Tinubu government because Obi lost.

Ahead of the planned nationwide protest in Nigeria over economic hardship, Minister of Works David Umahi has said that the South-East zone of Nigeria would not be part of any protest against President Bola Tinubu.
Umahi also stated that President Tinubu’s administration is making hard decisions to restore the country’s lost glory.
Who in the world appointed these arrogant souls speakers for the people of the South Easterners abeg? undecided

You don't want to protest, your politicians are saying you won't protest knowing how docile your people are, you're coming to say he doesn't speak for South East, is it Northerners that made him governor for 8 years?

You sound like a typical nitwit from the side.

Useless statement.

They hate dissenting voices.
If they are not eating from this government, the question is, would they not complain?

Is the country normal as this?

Those asking not to protest, ask what kind of standard of living they have at the moment...
Protest might not be the best solution, but someday, saturation point will happen.

The only thing necessary for evil to continue is when good people do nothing.

The state has been captured.

How can the two Igbo men who do not like the igbos be speaking on behalf of the igbos; umahi and uzodinma.

If it's necessary for us to join the protest we will join the protest.

But even a dead man knows that tinubu is going back to his village in osun state in 2027

Story!!!
This strategy will fail this time around.
Oga, everybody is hungry now and peaceful protest is one of the legally acceptable ways of letting the govt know the predicaments of it's people.
Please remove ethnic sentiment or even religious coloration from it, all of us are hungry and are facing the worst hardship ever under this current APC's govt

Stop being clever by half his name is Chukwuma Nzeogwu while the "Kaduna" is a nick name because he was based in Kaduna and also a security officer to the then Premier of northern region, Sir Ahmadu Bello who he later betrayed. Endsars protest was against Police brutality but BRT buses were razed, Oba of Lagos palace was nearly destroyed, TVC, a press centre that is always protected even during war in line with international standards was also attacked. That was when it became clear to some of us that the Oba of Lagos was the police commissioner and Tinubu IG of police

Umahi is speaking for himself and also from the position of being a member of the current calamitous Tinubu regime.

Umahi, no matter his position and status, doesn't have the authority to speak for the south east, and he knows this very fact.

So long as you keep your protests to the SE and don’t think you can use protests as a guise to destroy infrastructure in the SW like you did during Endsars!

We are not protesting because sell outs like Umahi said so or because Tinubu is doing a marvelous job. We are not protesting because we told Nigerians from the beginning that the fraud in Aso Rock has nothing to offer and also we are tired of being made a scapegoat which they have started already.
Northern groups are planning to protest and Ronu rascals are here spitting saliva on Igbos instead of facing the people that called for the protest.

No, you can't be right. One mumu above you has already said Igbos are not protesting because of their docility 😂😂😂😂

South East are not you people that can't think for una selves.
They already decided not to join the protest because you people will still tag the protest as Igbo protest against Tinubu because Obi lose election.
Same way you people tagged 1966 military coup as Igbo coup.
