ORDERS INVESTIGATION INTO VIRAL VIDEO SHOWING BRUTALIZATION OF ONE DAN BALKI COMMANDER

Dan Balki Commander is a politician from Kano and a supporter of Muhammadu Buhari. He is known for appearing on radio programmes in Kano and criticising politicians.

In this video we can see him standing near a body of water in the night. He is in handcuffs. Someone tells him to identify himself (in Hausa Language) and he says that he is Dan Balki. They asked him why he criticised Governor Uba Sani despite the fact that he is not from Kaduna. They started flogging him and he was telling them that he has heart problem. 2 or 3 men kept flogging him with whips.

In another video that went viral later, Dan Balki Commander accused Governor Uba Sani of sending people to assault him. He said that they took him to a remote place near a body of water and that he thought that they were going to throw him in to the water. He said that his assailants covered their faces.


Some opponents of Governor Sani, especially supporters of Mallam El-Rufai and Former President Buhari, accuse the governor of being behind the attack. However, some supporters of Governor Sani say that it looks like the attack was staged and they asked why Balki Commander did not fall when he was being flogged. They also wondered who recorded the video and why the person recorded it and did not intervene.

Why didn't he report the incident to the police, or better still, petition the IG of police to get him to act. I'm sure those who assaulted him didnt hide their faces, so, he can easily identify them.

Alright. Them he should petition the IG of police, not the commissioner of Police, State commissioner usually have a kind of sworn allegiance to state governors.

A humane government that respects fundamental human right yet puts on hold the payments of contractors in the state.Then where is that fairness,justice,inclusivity,and respect for dignity of human person?

Please investigate and let's find the culprit. On a personal opinion it looks staged. Don't trust politicians, both the accuser and the accused.

You certainly are not Yoruba. Cos if you are, You will know that there is nothing like Yoruba Muslim or Yoruba Christian. Yoruba is Yoruba. Yorubas are not divided by religion or nothing. A typical Yoruba family has different member of the family practicing both religion in peace and still live together in peace and harmony.

Is Tunubu leading only Yoruba people and why he go all over the country looking support from other tribes and why you people didn't vote for him since the majority of his vots got it not from you, you people you have to think twice we know Tunubu is your son and you will not like him to faill Nigerians, but mind you, you have to know what you are saying if you truly love Tunubu, try and convince people to bear with reforms he is trying but people are suffering including you that try to cover yours.

Governor Sani is among the best Governors of this present regime
