There have been lots of fingers pointing to the female diversity hire in the secret service as many have said the idea of trying to meet up quota for females hire in the force doesn’t make sense. They claimed it reduces overall standard as more qualified males were dropped to hire females just to meet up the 30% female presence target by 2030 in the secret service.
Many argued that on no condition should security be negotiated to satisfy diversity hire. Many have been calling for the resignation of the director of SS who is a female.

There were videos and pictures going round claiming that the female agents were acting incompetent on the day of the shooting

What do you think? Should a sensitive task like security be used to meet up diversity hire or standard should never be negotiated and the best of the best should always be hired?
