You're almost there, just follow the Facebook monetisation policies page (criterion 2) and share at least 5 viral fyp posts (criterion 5)

The criterion says you should share Popular/viral videos from creators that are eligible for monetisation. Not all fyp videos (for you page) are from eligible creators so you'll have to share as many as possible so as to meet the criteria.

Yes, at least 5 and they must have a lot of engagements (views, likes, shares and comments).

I don't know, I'm only stating the criteria to the best of my understanding. Keep sharing the popular videos, you'll get it eventually.
