Use unitary government system to tie rope to the neck of Nigerians from the East, West, North and South to depend on Abuja for anything. Delta State and some few other state that just conducted their State's LG elections, please tell me, which register did they use?

Some few other states are planning theirs, who will provide the voters register for these state?

The FHC will only require INEC to answer one simple question and the case will be thrown out into the trash CAN that it belongs.

LGA Elections will hold in Rivers like every other state...!!!
