But, knowing her, after four market days, she will return with a story of a colleague who wants to throw her out because she refused to follow them to their fetish church. She has used that lie twice now, with two different monikers. She can't even keep up with her own stories, meanwhile some of us read her tales and remember what she previously said.

Mrblessed been off me completely when he said the only advice or comment she likes to hear is send me your bank account details, I couldn't stop laughing the day I saw that post. These days I just read her threads for the entertainment value and any lessons I can learn. Another lesson I took away is that sincerity matters as well.

I get your point and your two lessons are golden. The last one is where my focus is actually that is the possibility that she was working in conjunction with some other people with the intention of defrauding unsuspecting people.

Your second paragraph is where I got my point from and it's a reasonable suspicion though.

I hardly comment on issues like this but I do follow the intrigues. The two things that made me take the suspicion seriously are:

1. The names on the account number she posted here is untraceable to her on social media. Imagine someone providing the three components of her name and yet can't locate that identity on social media. It simply shows it is a fake identity.

2. The YouTube video she posted by herself was recorded in conjunction with someone as she was gesturing to someone during the recording and it is not likely to be her sister because she made it look like she is being hostile to her.

You are a smart lady who understands the way human relationships work. Building relationships with people around us is vital and this fact is often overlooked by many including relatives. I have tried to emphasize this to people around me.

I like and I applaud the actions you took after self reflecting. I occasionally self reflect on the relationships in my life too, and sometimes I decide I'm better off cutting out some people. Not because they are toxic or evil but they bring too much drama with them which can be unsettling.

There's a therapeutic peace of mind I experience from not engaging with certain people in my life because of how needy they are, how they love to pry into one's life and affairs, while trying to get up close and personal, too quickly. Then they take offence when you are cool in response to their excessive friendship overtures.

I feel you on the bit about getting older and falling into the mindset of "dey your lane, make I dey my lane." I tend to do that, usually with people whom my soul perceives as being toxic, negative, rude and ill mannered. As I've grown older I listen to my gut instincts and feelings a lot. I don't ignore any signals it sends me regarding people or situations.

However, "dey your lane, make I dey my lane" doesn't mean we can't be pleasant, friendly, polite and helpful towards others. I've found life to be easier and sweeter when I lead that way, rather than leading with a no nonsense commando style. Being friendly is different from being friends with someone, but even that alone, helps more than it hurts.

Yes, I'm currently in Kenya but I did not join in the protests. Me protest? Me that cannot even protest in my own house, you think you go see me in the streets carrying placard and raising fist? 😂 The protesters were mostly comprised of the Gen-Zs. 60% of them are educated and jobless, therefore angry. We're all angry but they seem to be the ones with the guts to do something about it. Most of them have declared that they have nothing to live for so the government might as well just go ahead and shoot them. The rest of us are worn out. We gave up on this country long ago.

William Ruto is the worst president Kenya has ever had since independence. He's small-minded, clueless, arrogant, corrupt, vile, tribalistic, a liar, greedy and vindictive. To crown it all, he's illegitimate. He didn't even win the elections in the first place. I know I sound like a sore loser but if you knew the dynamics of Kenyan elections you'd know that presidents and bearers of crucial positions such as the Governor of Nairobi County rarely "win" elections.

Ruto wants to amass wealth before he dies. I've heard that he wants to be richest man in Kenya and from the manner in which he's looting, it's not just a rumour. He wants to surpass the Kenyatta and Moi families and he wants it to happen within the shortest time possible. The man is just too greedy. He's grabbing land everywhere and frustrating the efforts of those he believes are potential competitors in business. He particularly targets wealthy business people. If Dangote was Kenyan he'd be on his hit list. He grew up poor and seems to be envious of wealthy people. There is a sugar and cement tycoon who was threatened with death on live TV. The worst thing about this president is that he calls himself a born again Christian. He's bribed clergymen so they just observe the injustices perpetrated by him and say nothing. And during the campaign period, these same clergymen were given "brown envelopes" to lie to their congragants that Ruto was "God's anointed" and the one-digit IQ congregants in many of these Kenyan churches believed that crap. They were urging Christians to vote for a fellow "brother-in-Christ". He went around smearing Raila's name using what Africans fear most -- witchcraft and sorcery. 😂 He'd talk about Raila's witchcraft powers, talking about how he's a wizard who dabbles in black magic, while painting himself as "a man of prayer". Many fõols believed him. I'd rather he just engaged in his usual shenanigans without invoking God's name. God is not mocked.
