You are not the only one who has financial needs, but it is when you persistent begging from the same set of people at all the time. You drive them away because they see you as a burden. They will avoid you or insult you if care is not taken. Instead of begging, ask if they need your help in anything or area. At least they go appreciate am. If someone give you money, and you thank them. see that you can offer them help in something that they need. if you cannot offer them help, try not to ask again. Do not mistake someone generosity as sign of weakness. Do not abuse the money someone work hard for to do non urgent things. e.g Mr Okafor or Mrs Taiwo gave you money because you told them you never chop since yesterday afternoon. Bro, a lot of Nigerian youths today are extremely lazy.

They'll complain about hardship, but give them jobs to do and earn legitimate money, laziness wouldn't allow them do it. Most just want quick money that's why they'd do anything to join Yahoo or the likes.

I used to know one guy like that. Once in a while if he sees me going to buy food, he'll come around and beg me to buy for him cos he's hungry. With time I started feeling uncomfortable so I called him and asked him what he can do. Cos I told him point blank that I cannot continue to feed him. Most especially now that food is very expensive.

He told me he learnt almaco (window) fixing. I was like no wahala. I know one man in surulere who specializes in fixing almaco windows so I linked him up with the man cos he get jobs a lot from engineers to fix the windows in buildings.

Then wahala started when the man added him to the team he already had on ground. This guy would come today, he won't come tomorrow. Measurements that was taken today, he won't be available to fix the windows the following day. Even the man asked me where I picked him from cos the guy wasn't showing any sign of working. When I call him, he'll tell me he was tired... just stupid and silly excuses he kept on giving.

Later he was told to stop coming cos he wasn't serious. Ever since then, I've been ignoring him.

Should I talk about the ones who learn tailoring. Once you give them you material and money, they'll use it to play bet9ja. 2weeks later they haven't even touched your clothes.

That's the problem of most young people today. They're not patient to grow. Many would steal from you if you employ them. Honestly Nigeria's future is in jeopardy.

I hate tailor like that- imagine give your material and money to sow, they have not touch in 2 weeks. and they wonder why someone is not patronizing their businesses or why business is slow, it is because your service is bad. That guy is not serious , he enjoys being poor.
