Yorubas don't have any issue with you excersicing your democratic and constitutional rights to peaceful protests.

They just don't want you rallying in their states or region.

Is that too hard for you to understand ?

The northerners planning to go on protests are not planning on carrying it out outside their states or region. That's why no one is bothered about their protests. If they like they can burn down their already dumpster fire of a region down - no one will care.

But you guys are the only ones planning your protests as can be seen from your online gatherings and posts, to stage your protests far from your SE and in Lagos of all places which is no longer the seat of power.

This shows a sinister motive and a repeat of the IPOB hijacked and telegguided EndSars riots.

Another thing to note is that the northerners are coming out to air their grievances on the deteoriating state of the economy and hardship they are facing . You guys on the other hand have made your planned protests , which you have been threatening to be a show of violence , on the basis of effecting a regime change and coup on the current duly elected govt and to see to an end of our democracy.

It is for these reasons they are calling you out.

When your fellow Yorubas did their hunger protest against this govt, did the Igbos join you guys ? No they didn't ..They learnt their lesson from the last End SARs protest .

Now the Northerners are planning a nationwide protest but you don't have the balls to call them out not to protest in your state just because you are a bloody coward and a slave to them ..

How many times have they raped, maimed and killed your people just for their cows to feed on your crops but it's the Igbos who are going about their daily business that happens to be your problem.
Sometimes I wonder the kind of brain that you bigot have inside that skull of yours . Seriously!

The Igbos said they will not protest ,well, it's up to them but not you.
As for me, I am from Delta ( not Igbo) and I live in Lagos and I pay my bloody tax ,so I am going to join the protest, because I am also at the receiving end of Tinubus' bad economic policies. So. If you don't like it then you can park your dirty bags and move to your poverty village. I often wonder how all Yoruba bigots have suddenly renounced their villages to claim Lagos. Let the Aworis be the one to say that and not you. You are not an aborigine of this land, so shut the hole in your mouth .

For years now, The Niger Delta has been feeding all state, nation wide to the detriment of our environment and the wellbeing of the people in that community but we don't go about harassing fellow Nigerians that they shouldn't drink water or tell them on how the cup should be kept. But you Yorubas' won't let us hear word just because of Lagos , a commercial hub that have been monopolized by the Fed govt to make it the only working seaport in Nigeria, that is why you Yorubas are talking as if Lagos is Dubai..

This is a mega slum that smells with open gutters and unruly Agberos all over the place, is the reason you guys won't let us drink water and drop the cup in peace.

Well, Mr Bigot, as long as Nigeria continues to stand as one nation , every residence, wherever they reside, have the right to a peaceful protest across the country, if they feel their leaders have failed them. And as for you , maybe you should focus more on how your president can do better in his leadership. Hoped you remembered how you guys threatened people not to vote for their candidates and even turned them back from voting .. Now you are telling these same people not to cry due to the presents hardship caused by this clueless govt.
You insulted the SS & SE during the election for supporting Obi.. now Tinubu is now the president of Nigeria by fire by force and the nation is worse off than any administration since 1999.
There is nation wide hunger and hardship and you have the guts to say what ! If your mama born you well , go outside street make you talk this nonsense or try stop the protest when it start.

If you know you want only Yorubas' in the SW, then join hand with Sunday Igboho for the actualisation of the Yoruba nation so you can only live amongst only your kin, for being the bigot that you are .

Yes let them be man enough not cos the write up is once more calling the attention to my tribes men to cautious of you demons whose stock in trade is deceit cowardice and wicked.
The actual real life scenario where s Yoruba man will be assaulted and instead of fighting like a man head long against his attacker, he jumps around like a grasshopper calling the attention of on lookers to explain to them in other to gather attention and seek sympathy.
That is what is playing out and that's the substance of my thread, you Yoruba cowards left Sheik Gunmi, left El Rufai and other Fula trouble makers to finger point peter obi and other Igbos because you feel they are your soft target, when it's clear that the Igbos have made their stands known they not interested in any protest, not in act of cowardice but in an act to let people who voted your failure of a President to fix the mess and you think the Igbos will be the ones you will hit.

Any attempt by Igbos to protest and destroy our land will be met in full force by the owners especially since we know your leader has declared a five day lockdown in your enclave. My brother so if some few individuals come online and rant , you people will find it convenient to generalize it cos they are Igbos . Is it not the same thing that happened with end sars protest, when latter eighty percent of those arrested are Yoruba sons. Tell me how do you justify that.
Why is it you people are quick to demonize we Igbos at any slightest move and always hold on to your patience when it comes to the Fulanis? Well, I heard you but I still put it to you once again, am in Lagos where I stay and continue to go about my business like wise other sensa ke Igbos cos the protest that we will not do in our homeland will not make any sense here in Lagos shows we are not interested in it cos we didn't vote Tinubu and we are never disappointed rather, he disappointed the Yorubas and the Fulanis who voted him in and they must fix the mess and not him
So, when the serial Rapist, Remo junke and Bayo Onamugu is ranting I guess you guys didn't ask them to watch their tongue, any way, 2027 is coming and that year will teach them to prune down their rhetorics against the Igbos by then we will give them the John the baptist treatment in exchange for our votes
The vast majority championing a violent populist insurection that is to be staged across the SW with emphasis on Lagos with the sole aim to force regime change with all the trappings of a CIA color revolution are Obidients and virtually all of them are your people.

The clamour for an interim govt when Tinubu emerged as the APC flag bearer came from the same Obidient camp.

The people who were most vocal for a domestication of the coup wave sweeping Africa were same Obidient.

The people who waged a well coordinated and systematic attacks on the judiciary following the final decision of the courts on the last elections were the same obidents.

Not only were these same Obidients brazen in their ambitions to see to a truncation of our democracy because their candidate lost but they wanted to drag the judiciary down.

Your final sentence gives me hope as it shows that you are now getting the message that the only way you can effect regime change is through the ballot.

If you like waste your votes on that scammer Obi again instead of voting a real candidate and party that can oust the APC.

Igbos have already played all the cards in their hands that there's nothing more they can threaten Yoruba with. 2027? Didn't you all give Peter Obi 97% already?

Yoruba are the ones who can threaten the Igbos because you still have a lot to gain or lose from us. We still gave Peter Obi up to 25% in last election. About 6 million of your people stay in our territory but less than 600,000 of ours reside in your territory.

You guys played your tribal cards too much too early that we already see the height of your power but you haven't seen ours. We've seen your worst but you haven't seen our worst. So be careful and let peace reign. Don't flex muscle because you don't have any.

There is something going on, this thing you did is getting them worked up, they are planning on setting up the Igbos in this coming protest, we need to spread the message to other Igbos on this type of write ups, more like a disclaimer.

We need to keep pushing this disclaimer out there all over Nigeria, on social media, we need to open more topics. We need to speak out as much as possible.

Have you noticed in just less than a week how many publications have been released right from the presidency to Bayo and Rheno down to Nairaland here already blaming Igbos for the protest.

We need to start countering it as much as possible with such disclaimers like yours, I noticed helinues and his group have been seriously worked up on such threads like yours.

I just tackled him on another one, this is what they don't want to see. Because Igbos are their major target.

How can the north be writing letters about protests and shouting up and down and Igbos have been shouting up and down that they are not doing any protest but these guys are still blaming Igbos for trying to destroy Yoruba land....

Something is definitely cooking, so let's raise the bar and release more disclaimers and awareness....

My brother we know their antics right from origin... That's what they did in 1966 and the Igbos became victim.. Today, the Fulanis are carefully setting up the two regions against each other and the foolish people from the South west are falling for it but the good news is that we are not afraid of them, we go do am man to man then support the Fulanis in 2027 if them no wan get sense..
What every Igbos should do is to stay indoors on that day, protect your self and your business, if the Yorubas attack you attack them in ten measures, let's see the outcome
Re: The Proposed Protest, We Igbos Are Waiting by Topsido(m): 11:22am On Jul 21
The reason why Yoruba is not engaging Hausa yet on this matter is they are protesting in their own region. A very honourable thing to do. Its your constitutional right to protest and no one can deny you that. But saying you must do it in Lagos and the rest of the southwest is where we draw the line.

As much as we are against Nnamdi Kanu no Yoruba can be so mad to go involve in a rally against him in Anambra or Enugu. We will support you beating the hell out of such fellow.

My brother of a truth, God in heaven knows I love Tinubu, my younger siblings were all beneficiaries of his free education program while he was the governor of Lagos state.. I didn't vote for him in the election cos I believe Obi was better and I never felt bad that Tinubu won and as a matter of fact I was optimistic that he will do well right from when he was sworn in but today I was wrong but that doesn't mean that the Fulanis are better
I knew the Fulanis are after him for the things he has done and every right thinking Southern person is supposed to atlesst support Tinubu for the sake of our future ego as a people cos we must not give the the luxury of thinking that Nigeria belongs to them and that they have the self prerogative of deciding who rules and who doesn't.
Instead of the Soo called southern Neighbours that called themselves Yorubas to be reasonable they choose to pick up a fight with people that are less a problem to them that's my annoyance.. If some few misguided folks made some online rant must it be generalized thanks my question.. If the Yorubas can hold their patience and accept the killings of their people by Fulanis as some people who do not represent the wiser view of others despite the monumental insult of killing three Obas in one day, why can't they do same for Igbos knowing too well that our people have said countless times that we are not involved in the Fulani plans.
So, that's what informed my position on supporting the Fulanis if the so called neighbors are not reasonable, then we will all continue to act stupidly collectively till sense falls on every one.

It is now crystal clear that the Yorubas are ardent haters of the Igbo race as they are hell bent in drawing the line with the Igbos despite the Igbos repeatedly saying they are not interested in any protest but the Yorubas choose to flex their muscle towards the IG os leaving the Fulanis who are the actual ring leaders and the initiators of the proposes protest
The Yorubas have always been looking for means to whittle down the Igbos in every sphere of life but our CHI has not allowed their evil intentions to come to fruitation
The recent ranting by the serial rapist called Remo something who every sane Nigerian kñows too well as an individual who strifes on falsehood and the talks in the favour of the highest bidder has taken up a Ministerial portfolio as the Minister of Igbo and Peter Oni affairs in this government with another foolish entity that calls himself one Mr. Bayo or so, chunning out statements geared towards linking we Igbos with a protest that has no connections with us sitting statements made by some individuals who do not represent the generality of we Igbos.
My candid advise to our Igbo bretheren all over the nation is to stay away from any protest called by Fulanis, let them sort themselves out with the Yorubas, guld your shops and protect your families. If anyone thinks he is mad enough to come close to you, give it to that fellow in quantum, we will no longer leave anything to God in heaven, let's fight back those who think they are mad enough to attack us and pray latter
As for 2027, since the Yorubas have concludes to repeat the mistakes of 1993 where they claimed they can do without the Igbos, then no issue, when the Fulanis bring out a candidate let's vote in their favour till the Yorubas learn to respect their southern Neighbours, then we can reason as one if they Soo choose. I don't see any right thinking Yoruba soul who have seen where the main sphere of attack is coming from now chooses to fight the ones who poses no threat to him, that means you are not regarded and we will tell them we less care about them either.
Let's not mind them, let's not join issues with them, stay of the Fulani protest and let's see who will muster the balls to attack us, the we will show them we are not as cowards as they are and at the same time, reply them with our votes come 2027.

I will provide you with the name of one individual to dicredit this sanctimonious tirade that confirms that you are a hypocritical and duplicitous joker like most Igbos.

The man is telling you he is from Delta please defend your Osun and stop bragging with a state that is not yours, you have been deported back to Osun were you came from, if that your hamlets in Osun were you come from is habitable why not show case it, why not live there and stop disturbing our peace with your usual bragging with another man s state.. haba.

Nonsense, Ndi Yoruba do not hate Ndigbo, the whole world hates Obidients inability to accept the Peter Obi election loss to President Tinubu.
But the body odour of the Yorubas is smelling otherwise

Whether or not I am from Osun, Anambra, Imo, Kaduna or India, my question still stands, why go to a smelly place to make a living?

I am not bragging about Lagos, I didn't even say what she said was wrong (of course you rushed to reply because as an Obidient, that is your wont), all I asked is why make a place that you obviously dislike or is below your taste your place of abode.

If someone posts that they are from my Iragbiji and live in Upper Eweka and call the place smelly and disgusting, I will ask the same question.

I hope I have made mysekf clear.

I will provide you with the name of one individual to dicredit this sanctimonious tirade that confirms that you are a hypocritical and duplicitous joker like most Igbos.

Chinasa Michael. Google it.
I will. Provide you the link video where three Fulanis killed a Yoruba in Lagos in broad day light and as if it's not insulting enough, they rode over his body with their bikes and you people are looking like defenceless goats.
I will provide you another link on the three Obas of Yorubas gunned down in your very village, and you think that is not insulting enough to you cos you no longer travel home and have adopted Lagos as your new home because of Fly overs.
