I'm just so glad we're getting players who really wants to play for arsenal. No wonder we can see it in their desire and zeal when they play.

I dunno but I always have this feeling during Wenger years that once you said you're an arsenal fan or that you'll love to play for Arsenal, then your chance of actually signing for arsenal is slim. I remember I and my arsenal uni friend then always joked about it of players who would always say they'll love to play for arsenal when linked (and they're really good players), yet Wenger would not carry on with the deal (even when we're initially serious). That step up from youth football to senior football is huge. The gap is mad.

Even with all his technical qualities, Mainoo that used to bully opponents with power and pace in the academy sometimes struggles to keep up with the pace in the senior game. That one shocked me.

Patino should be the one going to Spain. Azeez can go to Germany or a similar league. Suits his game better.
