it is definitely a new experience for him especially as he is what they call a lagos northerner - one who actually hustles

Anyone who has worked in a professional capacity in a structured corporate environment will have issues with nnpc. Nnpc is not run like a business. It is a collection of different scams where highly placed people make money off of artificially generated problems
