Ezenwa Onyewuchi, senator representing Imo east and a member of the Labour Party (LP), has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Onyewuchi’s defection letter was read on the floor of the red chamber by Senate President Godswill Akpabio on Tuesday.

Hope Uzodimma, governor of Imo and chair of the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), was in the chamber when the letter was read.

All the Igbo politicians will leave Labour Party to decamp either back to PDP or go to APC.

Labour party is for disgruntled politicians who have no home.

Even those who campaigned for governor etc under LP but did not win will leave LP.

Peter Obi will leave LP. Just watch.

Alex Otti will leave LP.

If Obi thinks he can get the APC presidential ticket today, he will defect sharply.
There are no permanent enemies in politics, just permanent interests.

Not surprised. For now, Peter Obi is not perfect, but he is the only Nigerian politician I can leave my wallet with to go and urinate.

If you read 'Peter Obi Is The Only True National Political Leader Nigeria Ever Produced: Discuss', you will understand why all Nigerian politicians fight the man one way or another and why Nigerians should prepare to suffer for ever until Peter Obi rules the country. It doesn't matter the party he contests from.

Whatever this man is serving is working for him. Whatever party he belongs to gives him his ticket. His aming for governorship and am guessing his going to get it cos hope said its time for owerri zone to rule d state and ezenwa is from owerri zone.
