What exactly does he cry for? Past government invested Nigeria money into the refinery, which turned back to Nigerians with hardship. You gave the excuse that nigeria crud cannot be refined in your company because your machine can only refine south Americans crud, yet the government believed you. You import the crud refined and export to Europe with gods know profit margin yet the government keeps silent. You set a procedure for the Nigerian oil market to buy your product. They boycut you and continue their refine oil importation as usual, you released a fake news that they import substandard oil and they react and you start crying because what you want to archive from fake infor fails.
