I have few questions;
1. I work with a foreign firm and I receive payment via Deel, which eventually I receive into my local bank via crypto p2p. Which is best to provide as bank statement?

2. If I intend to use local my local bank and I wish to apply for visit visa in January 2025, should I start paying myself salary now into a separate account or can I just use my bank statement reflecting transactions from various accounts? - Why do you need to pay yourself? You mentioned that you are employed

3. Will a salary of 750k per month without any sponsor suffice or do I need additional source of income? - Just state your real monthly income. There is no rule about how much your monthly income should be

4. I have landed properties. Should that be included? - Please do

5. I intend to go for vacation and nothing more, is there anything I shouldn't include in my application or should start planning for now? - Keep your account clean. No unnecessary deposits

6. I have no travel history and my passport has not been deflowered, should I be worried? - No. There is always a first time

7. Which is the best visit visa to apply for? I intend to apply for 2 years visa. - Apply for 6 months visa. 2 years is possible but I won't advie you to start with 2 years.

I know these questions are much and probably might have been answered before but I will appreciate your kind responses.

Silent follower of the thread. Goes to show this visit visa thing one size cannot fit all situation at all. What one person will do and get the visa another will find it is the main reason they were not given

I could not follow some of the advice given here due to a situation that arose near application time that we could not get mum's bank statement after we had kept it clean for months. Applied for mum as unemployed instead of petty trader and without attaching her bank statement and we got the visa. All the best to everyone waiting.
