Okay, well noted.
Doest FSDH also accept dollar fund as a collateral like ucap? because i prefer that against devaluation compared to naira MMF as collateral with Stanbic

United Capital is Asset backed, you borrow against your mutual fund investments to use the fund as you please either for your business, stock. Purchase etc

FSDH is margin loan, you borrow against your shares and bonds to strictly buy more shares and other financial assets

Duration for United Capital is 6 months with the option to rollover. During this 6 months you are not affected by upward review of interest rates by CBN. But when your loan matures and you wish to rollover your interest rate will be reviewed.

Duration for FSDH is 3 months with the option to rollover. During this period you are not affected by upward review of interest rate by CBN. Unless there is 2 consecutive upward reviews by CBN and you will be given 2 weeks notice to pay up or you accept the new interest rate

Lol! Now I get the gist/trick! ๐Ÿ˜Š
Frankly, the bottom line is the same. There is no fundamental changes/additions in the Oando-ENI deal announcements from what we had known several weeks ago.
You didn't get the gist but rather, you expected OANDO to resume on full bid but when it wasn't so, you decided to make excuse for the few offers still available!
Don't worry yourself, the Oando will still respond positively, if not to this news, it will respond to another soon coming one.
Don't play a smart trick here.
We can never say, it may even still end on full bid or closed higher than previous price.
I just decided not to include this comment in my first post with you in copy.

Haba, madam! When did you start reading people's mind online?
I never had any expectations about a full bid or full offer because as far as I am concerned, the Oando-ENI deal is done and sealed because NUPRC said so.
I have no reason to come here and be playing games of pretense. Who would I be deceiving and for what gain?
Rather I am looking forward to ProphetUtuocha and others who may have some additional positive news to share about Oando, and any other stocks

In fact why did these banks decide to do the recapitalization at the same time as if they will not be competing for same money? After all they have 2 years to recapitalize.

That yeye company called international breweries. How long will it take them to tell us the outcome of the RI. I thought the parent company already had the money in a vault. Or the RI is still going on in the spirit world
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by zendi: 1:47pm

better than Transcorp.

Transcorp hotel
EPS is 65k, floor price N98.40, Price to earning ratio is 158x

Ikeja
EPS is 62k, floor price is N7.10, Price to earning ratio is 11x

Somethings sell at a premium to it's peers for no apparent reason. In this case, it could be because transcorp belongs in a tortoise ecosystem, in mankind's speak, while ikeja stands alone. The day one useless board comes over ikeja, your investment will get catarrh. But it's a great buy right now if you can see it.

It won't be work over for FG from indications. Wait and see what will happen after the fail of this RI and Po.
The access RI will be the first to announce the bad outing for RI.Then banks will ask fg whr they want them to raise the new capital from.It could be the reason of all of them coming at the same time to make it fail. They will blame the government policy for making foreign investors not to participate and loss of confidence from local investors too

Another route which is unnecessarily long and time wasting is to search for a business or entity name like you are setting up a new business. It should give you info about the active status.
