Hello family

I want to go visit my cousin and her family in Canada… please what should I fill yes or no if asked if I have a proof of relationship with the person I’m visiting as I do not have any pics of us together.

And secondly is cousin also family when asked if I have a family in Canada?

Good question..I know of a friend that has been refused 3times US and UK once and dint mention it in his application and was granted visa ..I'm yet to ascertain if failure to declare such can lead to visa refusal!

Good evening house,

I have applied for visitor's visa since January 17 2024 and up till now I have not heard from IRCC. I have been sending series of web mail asking for update but no response.

I am tired.

Is this necessary since there is no column where they ask if someone has been denied before ..maybe u can show us ur refusal letter back then where it states u r denied for refusing to reveal your US visa denial to clear doubt!

thank you moderator for deleting all comments that will tarnish the image of this great nation, this is how a group should be handled, and let us all come out and stop anyone laying false accusations on Nigeria without concrete evidence. T FOR THANKS.

The man is speaking the truth, not making false claims. Just like many were deceived last year about the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and how to enter Canada on a visitor visa and then switch to a work visa. However, most of them arrived in Canada on a visitor visa only to become stranded and resort to making false asylum claims, which now harm innocent applicants. I stand with others in saying that their asylum claims are hurting other innocent applicants. Let's be honest and tell the truth. Creating multiple pages with different names to attack the truth won't change the facts! You are part of the issue; it is not a false accusation because you yourself know the truth and I am in Canada and I see what is happening. In the long run, it will hurt us all as Nigerians if we cannot be honest in our deeds!

am also in Canada and a citizen you guys on the internet are creating more harm to people in the diaspora by spilling trash on the internet your sister said Nigerians are using fake documents everywhere without concrete evidence, am I not saying we should not call out bad people but when doing that and tarnishing the image of this country online you should back it with evidence, not what you are seeing I can't believe what you say because you saw it, it could also mean you are lying on Nigerians. if you have your evidence to back up your second account come and present it to the house instead of logging in to this your account. but if you do not have please don't spill trash on the internet again because not only Nigerians scan through this site, but you and your brother or sister should stop all this rubbish about fake this and fake that, without presenting evidence that so so and so person use fake document, you are part of the people spoiling Nigeria also, so please call your second account to order. if you guys as saying people are getting refused because of asylum seekers, then people can still get refusal base on the rubbish always commenting on this thread because vo also read through the internet.

if everyone should believe everything you say just because you said you are in Canada and you are seeing what is happening, which means you can also come online and say I stole your money without presenting evidence, all I ask is evidence to back up the claim about fake documentation that's all I ask for. so we do not misinform other country people that scan through the site.

i do not want to prolong this matter with you because l never started it with you but i have been here long enough to know your type but l have just 2 final question for you Firstly, did you get your PR via asylum claim before you became a Canadian citizen. or how did you become a Canadian citizen ? Secondly, have you encountered more than 20 Nigerian asylum seekers in Canada and listened to their fabricated stories? Because you sound like a novice or are you just pretending to deny the truth?
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by spiritismisreal: 10:44pm On Jul 25
it is not in your position to tell if the story is fabricated, allow the judge to decide and not you, and again do you have any evidence to claim their story is fabricated? i work with evidence please if you don't have then let it be like I said am a citizen. and you guy on the internet is the number one reason why the majority get refused is because of the trash you spill on the internet, now you are still doing what I was complaining about, you spoke to someone and you listen to the fabricated story, how are your sure his story is fabricated, I thought if someone asks for asylum there is a process and the judge has the final say, so allow them to do their job. or are you a judge in Canada to spot a fabricated story? if you are not, please to don't make a statement you can't back up with concrete evidence. asylum is a serious issue and not to be played with online.
how I become a citizen, not your business. allow people be for once and allow the Canadian authority to do their job.

please don't come here and say people are using fake documents because by so doing you are making it difficult for innocent and genuine people to get visas, thank you.
