the problem is that these Nigerian Athletes take a lot of food they should not be taking because they are not well informed. But how will they be informed when their coaches are also not informed on what to take and what not to take. And how will the coaches will be well informed when Ministry of sport will use money to appoint PAs and buy SUVs for minister instad of using the fund to orgaanize training and proper education for athletes and their coaches. Stuff as basic as some energy drinks can have traces of what should not be taken
