Don't know why you guys are going unnecessarily hard on these girls... they are really trying (for real(
Holding world champions down to a goal less first half is not easy... whetter they win or lose they should be proud of themselves
Put super eagles there it would be 2-0 (no sarcasm intended).
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 6:59pm On Jul 28

Unlimited22:

I make bold to say that had she started vs Brazil we'd have beaten them.

Football is not mathematics, plus the reason why this seems to be working is because both Oshoala and Esther are playing together which wouldn't have happened against Brazil. Our fluid attack allows them to switch roles easily.

My first half highlight was the yellow card Asisat Oshoala collected. As the leader it is a message to the girls that this game is to be played with all heart, mark and do all that is within rules to win.
That yellow was harsh sha... she got the ball first and was careful not to hurt the other girl.

I don't see the defending toni is doing sha

She is actually defending....She's harrying down Spains midfielders and closing down spaces fast. It's "on the ball" that she's been nonexistent.

Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by codemaniacs: 7:04pm On Jul 28
Super Falcons needs to learn how to run forward when Ajibade was through I expected Toni Payne or another player to make a run forward so that Ajibade would have passed the ball and Toni can score open net..
