My friend that is a lawyer told me that where there are two court orders from two different courts, one says go ahead and the other says dont go ahead, you are permitted to choose which ever order that you prefer and it would not be illegal. That is exactly what PDP did here. Rivers Court said dont go ahead, Federal High Court Abuja says "Go ahead" and they chose the order that they like. So the Congress is not illegal.

Mr. Man, the plateau issue is quite different from this. On the plateau PDP issue, the PDP complied with the exparte order issued by the PSHC that a Congress should be done to include those that brought the case to the court.

They are two different court orders.you either obey one or obey none....if the don't field candidates for LG polls,it is what wants.but based on precedence,the apex court will rule in favour of wike side and even if they don't,there's time to redo everything

Mr. Man, you cannot cherry pick a ruling to obey. No law support that. Every rulings matter constitutionally. Each ruling must be appealed, even the one from Abuja must be appealed by those it disfavoured.

I don't just know why you guys cherish godfatherism in this part of the world, that you see nothing wrong in submitting a whole state in the hands of non state actors. This is one of the reasons the country has refused to move forward because of the mentality of godfatherism.
The good news is, the same Ambode was never challenged for non performance but was challenged because he refused to submit the state to his godfathers to assume control of affairs.
