Thank God she did when you saw the need to.... Open your eyes widely in this country, never fall into the trap of this government when it comes to the sustainance of your business.

The present Nigerian government kills businesses and dreams for leaving... Do your business in this country without relying on government. If you see means to leave this country, don't look back

The autoshop, worth millions of naira in assets, where she goes about her daily business and trained females in auto works 'free of charge' was subject to a land use tussle. A court granted her ownership of the land and a restraining order on FCDA from harassing the occupants.
However, she picked herself up, set herself up again to keep her dream alive and later relocated to the UK. She went back to school, and graduated last month with an M. Sc in Mechatronic Systems Engineering.

This MSc programme combines principles from mechanics, electronics, control, computers, automation, and robotics to design, manufacture and test smart and cognitive systems and devices, that use a combination of these disciplines.

Mechatronic systems.. lovely.
The demolitions was just a push to her destiny.. for one closed door, there are a thousand windows of opportunities.

People are funny and I sense a bit of jealousy here. If your business is destroyed, it can cause a lot of depression. There are market owners whose shops caught fire and they died from high blood pressure or the shock of the news. May you never experience heartache that will cause your death. Most business owners have this problem. Something will happen to them that will almost make them take their lives. That she was able to go back to school for an advanced degree after the demolition is worth congratulations. Anyone reading this should help me congratulate her, she is my motivational monday. Ignore those whose advanced degree is Bad Belle PhD.

One lesson I've learnt in life over the years is that---"no matter where you are today, tomorrow is certainly gonna be a better day so long you don't give up on yourself today"

Kudos to her for not giving in........A true banny indeed who has got brains....I celebrate her..

Next time add 'ceteris paribus' to your first paragraph.. i.e. all things being equal.

On March 14, 2020, social media user, Demola of Lagos, shared a story of Mrs Joyce Dayser Adams, who lost her Auto shop in Wuye, Abuja, to demolition.

The autoshop, worth millions of naira in assets, where she goes about her daily business and trained females in auto works 'free of charge' was subject to a land use tussle. A court granted her ownership of the land and a restraining order on FCDA from harassing the occupants.

However, the order was disregarded and on the said day, FCDA moved in and reduced the thriving venture to rubbles, aided by a crack team of Policemen, VIO, NSCDC and some other security agencies leaving a distraught Joyce, heartbroken over her fortunes.

However, she picked herself up, set herself up again to keep her dream alive and later relocated to the UK. She went back to school, and graduated last month with an M. Sc in Mechatronic Systems Engineering.

Failure is not the falling down, but the staying down.

Congratulations to her

Happy for her.....

She went to a place where the system ( GOVERNMENT) is working and got something within the time frame needed....

But look at NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT.....they succeeded in taking her future out of her with no provision for anything even after standing on her right ......

We will finally be well one day ......

Good evening, well-meaning Nigerians.

Please, I need your help Sir/Ma.

My name is Olaoluwa. I am 32 years old and an O-Level holder. I had a car accident last year, lost my job, and became jobless for months.

Please help me; I am seriously hungry. The last time I ate was Thursday evening, and it was my remaining garri that I drank. I have not eaten any other food since Thursday evening other than the water that I have been drinking to gain some strength. I can no longer endure the hunger; my body is starting to shake. Please, my people, I am really sorry for begging, but it is just that I am starving to death. Please, someone should help me with something to eat, no matter the amount. I don't mind. I will always appreciate you. I am starving. I know things are very hard these days. Anything you have to spare, I would really appreciate it.

I live at No 29, Kajola Street, Bode.Olude, Ita.Elega, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

If you live near me, please invite me for lunch; I am dying of hunger. May you never lack the good things in life. Please have mercy on me and help me.

Why must you lie and conjure fables just to fleece people of their money? You are not sick and you are an able bodied guy. You can't keep on going on like this. The worst of all is you going to use the money given to you for betting.

Folks beware, that guy is not genuine

FCDA demolished her livelyhood (her business).

In doing so FCDA thought her own is finally finished

But she managed to pick herself up summoned courage and has now achieved this feat much to the chagrin and disappointment of FCDA.
