Massive Crowd At MTN Office Ikotun by Beremx(f): 9:39am On Jul 29 |
I was at MTN office Ikotun this morning as early as 7:30am to get a sim swap. Lo and behold, I met an overwhelming crowd. Almost all the people there had their sim card blocked over the weekend. The MTN staff addressed the crowd and told them the fault is from NCC who authorized TELCOS to bar people's lines. Why would NCC be frustrating Nigerians when there's anger already in the land? People need their lines activated for business activities. People who are supposed to go their businesses are crowded at MTN offices because of their lines. I learnt some people came as early as 3am to the office just to get numbers. I couldn't get number because I came by 7:30am. I also learnt MTN staff there worked on Sunday yesterday. Government should better do something fast before it escalates to something else. Below are some pictures I snapped. I left there some minutes ago because I couldn't stand any longer. The crowd is overwhelming!! 30 Likes 3 Shares

This is how the protest will start because people are really angry. Government can't keep frustrating Nigerians at any slightest provocation. My Glo line was also barred but I can't stress myself this morning going to unblock it. I don't know of any Glo office around my area. If this continues into when the protest starts it's going to be a big problem. I imagine a scenario like this in other parts of Nigeria. 59 Likes 3 Shares

So tell how these people won’t join protest even tho some wouldn’t want to. Daft Govt. Dumb party . BAT shot himself by calling for revolution and protesting against GEJ. Now he is the President he can’t even come on live TV to address Nigerians. 27 Likes 1 Share |

GOOD ONE TO PROBABLY EXCHANGE THEIR SIM CARDS WITH AGBADO OR GARRI TINUBU: Give these millions of bags to Nigerians POLITICIANS(across party lines, many of whom I know): Which Nigerians, bring those things here and let us repackage and sell them at our newly opened ware houses and shops. It's ridiculous to think a thief will not embolden criminals to up their game at the detriment of sadly their supporters. I have told everyone that needs to hear this protest may lead no where so no point joining, the mother of all protest called end time revolution will happen but not now. it will come from yonder |

9MOBILE oo ,Emergency calls only on 9mobile since yesterday. What's happening? Please who is also experiencing this? Are all this happening because of the planned protest? This is really sad. People can't be reached again 7 Likes 1 Share |

This government has taken Nigerians for a foool truly. They absolutely hate Nigerians and would use any machinery to subjugate the people. So due to the protest, they had to come up with this insane behavior to deliberately block Nigerians phone lines so they can come queue to rectify their NIN. Some of them actually have verified their NIN. Why can’t they verify their NIN via online platform or through their mobile phones why do they need to come to their office? I urge all Nigerians to make sure they all come out to protest, these are the early behaviors of dictatorship. The earlier you take this behavior, the better for Nigeria. 21 Likes |
