There is no grade level 11 in public service. Ur contiss 11 is equivalent to level 13 and contiss 10 is equivalent to level 12. So there is no level 11. The highest level in core ministry is level 17 while in agencies and parastatals is level 15. So the 15 is equivalent to the 17 in core ministries.

A professor is higher than a director,
The readership rank is equivalent to the rank of level 15 officer.

In the university, the professors are appointed as directors to various independent organs/directorates of the university such as tetfund, academic planing, etc.

It's only two cadres in the Nigerian civil service that exhibition the L1-L7 ranking.
CONUASS for university academics
CONMES for medical doctors in Nigerian hospital.

Do everything within your power to fill this form, If I tell you what we passed through last year because of a simple mistake we made in 2021, you would have been through with this form, For the TIN, once you have submitted this form online, you can't have access to edit again, Please my sister, make sure you submit the form, go to the tax office nearest to you and get your TIN, Once again make sure you submit this form, I have said it 3 times. A word is enough.

1) Get my TIN
2) the ippis form has already been submitted online without the tin. How can I fix this?
