It is now almost two weeks that my WhatsApp keep showing me this page I uninstalled and installed the official whatsapp several times to no avail and I have never used an unofficial whatsapp, please did there is some one that can help

What app are you using to access your WhatsApp chats then?
BTW, is your Facebook working fine?

just click on the download WhatsApp icon on the page

just click on the download WhatsApp icon on the page
I have downloaded it several times on Google store but when ever I proceeded to log in they will tell me that they will send me a an SMS when I proceed this page will appear again and again

clear the app cache and data then try again

That stuff is like a subtle ban.
Try writing an email to them.

The message pops up for one specific number, if you use a different number to log in on the same app, there'd be no problem.

If you have someone with an iPhone, try using the person's phone to attempt logging in.
It'll probably not work also, but after like 3-5 days, it should be all good.
