I have long given up on religion as a scam and have never stepped in any church for the past two years despite being from a deeply religious background with strict parents.

Now today, I was going through FB videos and stumbled upon snippets of sermons by Abel Damina and I was pleasantly wowed and swept off my feet. I never realized we have intelligent people on pulpits in Nigeria. I am going to find a way to attend one of his church services in Uyo. I wish he were in Lago as I love his perspectives and sound preaching.
I will be making donations to his church, our people needs to be liberated from religious bondage.

What do you think about Abel Damina?

What is he teaching? That Jesus is a scam? That humans evolved from apes?

Abel Damina has my respect too, apart from the GO of OPM in PH.
Asides these two, others are hypocrites and liars.
Recently he( Abel) just exposed the format these useless pastors use in scamming religious fools.
Lol!
Well,I don't blame you at all for your past attitude to church.
Because the behaviour of all these Pentecostal churches and Pastors will make you stop going to church.
Though it's only God we are looking up to.

I agree with you. I believe the Bible is not meant to supersede our common sense. I will be supporting Abel a lot.

Yes, the Bible is meant to enlighten us on the Righteousness of God and His Kingdom and Will. But most of these Pentecostal pastors cherry pick what they want and add or subtract from it to serve their whims and caprices.
Since I discovered this,I have been studying the Bible on my own and now none can deceive me again.

When you study the Bible and come across verses where God commanded the Isreaelites to slaaughter everyone in Amalekite including babies, what comes to your mind as per the righteousness of God?

God has His reasons for ordering the total annihilation of the Amalekites, but humans have ignorantly maligned Him over the ages for that.
Not only them but the rest of the Canaanites as well..
These people were offering babies and infants as sacrifices to Beelzebub also known as Baal and Molech.
Imagine the horrific wickedness of both these Mighty Dark Angels and their worshippers.
Imagine a baby placed in a frying pan to be roasted alive as sacrifice for blessings of Beelzebub..
Some babies were simply thrown in a blazing fire on the altar.
They worship these demons through SEXUAL ORGIES, dedication of their daughters as temple prostitutes.
It got too much that the Creator had to order the annihilation.

I have followed his teachings for some time now. He is someone who is not scared to debunk religious dogmas that are not in line with present realities

Abel Damina helped me understand that no one is specifically called by God to be a pastor or a man of God. Instead, they are trained to become preachers, teachers, or pastors. Being a pastor is just like any other profession, such as being a doctor, carpenter, lawyer, engineer, or lecturer. It requires skills, knowledge, and dedication, just like any other career. Pastors study theology, counseling, and public speaking to fulfill their roles, and they work to serve and guide their communities. However, the spiritual aspect of their work does not necessarily imply a divine calling, but rather a personal choice and commitment to a path of service and leadership.

I have always believed that all New Testament believers are called when Christ said " Go ye into all the world and preach...., The old testament style of calling with anointing no longer exists and no one is specially called. If a Christian dedicates himself, studies, and trains, he can become a good and effective pastor. Damina further helps to confirm that. I love his critical mind and the guy is what the Nigerian Christian needs today.

A prophet is a person believed to be chosen by a divine power to deliver messages or teachings to others. Prophets often play significant roles in religious traditions, serving as intermediaries between the divine and humanity. They convey divine revelations, guidance, warnings, or prophecies about the future.

According to the scripture, Jesus is the last prophet, According to the Islam, Muhammad is the last prophet. All these self acclaimed prophet nowadays all are lies.

Is there a place in the new testament that support your claims above about a prophet? Remember as Christian's in the new covenant, we are not bound by the laws of the old covenant.
