Yes, you can change your program and institution when reapplying.

I have a question 🙏. Can someone change their course of study when reapplying for study visa after a denial? A friend just got denied, we re thinking of her applying to a different school and course with less tuition so she can pay the full tuition before the second application.

Also, which website is faster to get gcms.note . Thanks

Good morning guys. Pls my sister applied to Okanagan college and they have denied her application and I will like to confirm if she can reapply while using the first payment for the new application ? Or she should ask for a refund before reapplying? I don’t mind if anyone can be of help to guide us through pls.
From my personal experience she would have to pay a new application. It happened to me. My potential supervisor forgot to recommend me to the admission committee. I explained to the graduate admission office but they said I had to pay a new fee.

1. Yes, she need to state all previous refusal
2. You need to calculate if that amount will be sufficient for her temporary stay, from my estimate, she will be 90kCAD. Check it from your end. She will have to explain with a document that her investment was liquidated since the money will enter her account as a lump sum within a short period of time, even if they decide to deposit it in installments.
3. Yes, she can print her statement and attach the initial FD certificate/document she used with the liquidation certificate or any relevant document to show the funds were liquidated.
4. No, she won't be needing another medical report it is valid for 1 year.
Thank you boss

People in Canada, I need to hear your view directly, pls.

Is it true that learning French to some extent is a waste of time while planning relocation?

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Hi everyone,

First time applicant. First year POF needed was 34k CAD. I had 41k CAD broken into my mom and brothers accounts. 22k USD for my brother and 11M for my mom.

I was denied for funds.

Please, I need some help. My resumption date is this August.

While having funds in your sponsors' accounts (such as your mother and brother) is acceptable, it is crucial to present a clear and credible financial support plan. It's better if a significant portion of the required funds is in your bank account. This demonstrates that you have direct access to the money you need for your studies and living expenses. If your mother and brother are providing financial support, consider transferring the necessary funds to your account before applying. This can reduce any doubts the visa officer might have about the availability and accessibility of the funds.

No, it is not advisable, what about if the VO requests for an updated SOA, what will you do? you should consider leaving the funds till you make a decision.

Good morning house. Thankfully, I arrived in Canada safe and sound. Thank you for the invaluable input here. It has been of great help. If you are new to your study permit application, go through the threads here and do it yourself. Don't give money to any agent to do it for you. Many of those agents don't have access to the information you know. Be strong and allow God to guide you.

I came here through Air France. To God's glory, I had no issue at the POE. I was asked, "Why are you here in Canada?" "What is the name of your school?" "Do you have a travel ticket to where your school is" "When are you going to your school?" (I first went to Toronto to spend a week before heading to the province where my school is). As the lady was asking me the questions, she was checking the computer, as though to confirm my answers were true (you see why you need to fill in your application yourself?). She then stamped my passport and gave me my study permit.

Be sincere in your application. If you need anyone to put you through, ask questions. If by any chance someone is filling your application, be there and see what they are inputting in your application. Also, be bold when you get to the POE. Let them know you know/understand what you are saying. Above all, trust God for help.

To everyone awaiting approval, Heaven will smile on you very soon.

Thank you all.
