Please for like 2weeks now , when I open aliexpress page, images does not open when I use wifi but images open when I switch to my mobile data.
I use spectranet internet for my wifi.

Please on bitnob is the $3 fee for creating the virtual card, or it's free and the $3 will be credited to the created virtual card

Possible cause:
Internet speed!

Check the speed of your wifi – Is it up to that of your mobile 4g?

Some of these so-called wifi are just formality (no thanks to proliferation of fake ones around) –they just exist by name but performance-wise, they're not there.

How about your settings? Is it on 4g?

If am not mistaken, their card creation is $1. Card funding $1 and your card will be credited with $1,making $3 altogether.

All these fintechs are just like green snake in green grass, they'll are be acting good as if they have your interest at heart but once they gather what they need, they'll show their true colours

I won't be surprised they might start adding cross border fees soon enough

But I’ve opened account with PROVIDUS Bank, I was given a platinum Mastercard which works very well with my Nigeria Apple ID for subscription (But you must have 100k when opening the account) and the card will be given to you same day

Klasha went AWOL and following recommendations here I created Bitnob account and got their virtual card...Shege has been promax cry, I have been unable to fund my Facebook Ad account, card always gets declined.

I tried the PayU option using my Firstbank card, payment fails also.

Please, does anyone know how I can solve these issues?

I must be lucky ó because my combined order was handled by someone after clearance on Saturday and the delivery was swift.

It's barely a week, it should not be due for return yet.
Call their customer service representative for the item to be sent back to your local delivery location

Whenever those guys want to display laziness, na so dem dey do. I've experienced such attitude from them on 3 occasions.

That said, if you have the time, I'll advice you go to their office and pick your item (They're not alway in haste to return parcels to China. They only do after the item has remained unclaimed for a month)

Besides, why don't you call the Rider's phone number to know the possibility of him re- scheduling the delivery?

I did call him. His phone was not going through. I even dropped messages at his WhatsApp number, he never respond.
