I am at least glad you admit that Nigeria is run and operated by a lawless gang of criminals right from the top that cares little or nothing about the rights of the people. The very Supreme Law of the land is disregarded by them.

The right to protest should not overrule law and order and/or security considerations.

Governments have gone to court to ensure things are done correctly without others' right, to both not protest and carry out with their own lives peacefully, not been trampled on.
